Something I am trying to stick to is to take my girl to the library for their wonderful story time at least twice a week. She enjoys it much more than before since English is not a nightmare for her anymore, and I enjoy watching her dance or do some crafts. We also use the time to catch up with L's little friends at the library, followed by having lunch together and shopping for groceries. And the conversations with my silly girl made me laugh hysterically when she talked like a grown up.
"hmmm...What are you going to make tonight? " asked Lindsay.
"Let's get some fish." said mommy.
"hmmmm....I don't know. How about some vegetables? " said Lindsay. "buy some broccoli and this..." She turned around her shopping cart and pointed to some kind of mini cabbages that I have no idea how to cook.
"I don't know how to cook this." said mommy.
She picked one up. "Well, you just peel this off and then fry fry fry..." She talked excitedly with her arms waving.
haha....and this is one of my happy moments over the past week.
Here are some pictures
Making freshly baked croissants for breakfast when Lindsay had no school.
Making home made pizza
Putting together an outfit together.
changing the water for the fish. L got him a name, "Won Won."
tea time for just me and hubby
Making crafts at the library with lovely R
shopping for grocery.
Meeting with E at the library was really exciting. We haven't hung out for almost 2 months.
L is really into coloring and painting now. She said it is the best time ever.
Hope you had a great week too.
And Happy Weekend to you all!!!
