So nice to see a new cultural theme brought into Tucson with the new opening of a Japanese garden, Yume Japanese Gardens of Tucson (just next to Botanic garden). Lindsay and I went visit on a blazing day only to meet a couple of small groups (2-3 people) in the garden. 9 dollars can be a bit pricey for a small garden like this, but still worth a tour to absorb a different and peaceful culture.
It was the Giant Origami Festival while we were visiting as you can see a giant crane origami standing on the porch.
Look how lonely we were. Nobody was with us when we just got in.
My girl was so excited to see these origami fish lying on the ground. (She appeared unhappy because of the shining sunlight, but she was thrilled.)
You can buy the fish food at the front booth.
I think we will visit again soon!!!
