Go away, fat arms.

For some reason, my arms are as big as my legs and they can't be hid well in long sleeves either. People consider that I am thin in person, but I look definitely like an old fat woman who is sitting on the couch all day doing nothing...in pictures, which my mirror does not reveal the fact to me. Maybe I should change my mirror? Anyways, I hate taking a picture (I meant to be taken). But it ended up that I only have few pictures with my girl, who is growing rapidly. No, wait for me, girl.

I decided to make a change! I do aerobics, lift weights, and some arm toning stretches (like the picture 2: http://beauty.pchome.com.tw/forum/content/11/17641). I love Julian Michaels's DVD, most of them. Banish Fat Boost Metabolism works best for me to burn the calories. I don't dare to step on the scale yet, but my arms and waist are more fit next day if I work out at night. I lift weights to tone my biceps and triceps. However, lifting weights will make big muscles on my arms, which I am not very fond of, so I do the stretches to avoid muscles. Workout is a tough thing to keep on for me. Even so, I am gonna try really hard this time and take a better picture than the one below. Tick tock, tick tock.... 

This fat arms evidence should be deleted in a month. XD
