Marshmellow-cracker sandwich 棉花糖三明治餅乾

把棉花糖放在酥打餅上,放進烤箱高溫烤個2-3分鐘直到棉花糖變焦,然後再放上另一片酥打餅做成三明治,很罪惡又好好吃的午茶點心就完成了。

An unbelievably yummy and easy snack we love lately, marshmellow-cracker sandwich.  Just put a marshmellow on top of each cracker and then heat them up in the oven at boil high temperature for around 3 minutes when the marshmellows melt or have a golden brown color. Before they cool down, add another piece of cracker on the top and press to stick together. Then, get yourself a cup of tea to go with. :)

                                                   I use Carr's water crackers.

It's all done once the marshmellows turn golden brown.

Press to help them stick together tight.

yum...who doesn't love marshmellow?

Wow...look at the stretching. A bit sticky though. 

Personally think they'd taste better with tea than coffee.
