Picnic at Rose Canyon Lake

I barely connect with people outside school life. Most of my friends are people I met at school. Even when I am not a student anymore, my friends are still limited to those who are pursuing their degrees here or working in academic environments. But recently we met a couple at a Japanese restaurant. The wife is Taiwanese too, who married an American husband. We were so happy that we really made it to hang out together last weekend and be friends. We had a picnic at Rose Canyon Lake. Though the boy, their three years old, was a bit shy, I knew he liked us and my girl too liked them. Anyways, It feels great finally meeting someone out of my old loop.
